We move to challenge ourselves, to remember what our bodies, minds and hearts are capable of… to grow.

And it’s about joy — the kind that comes from laughing together, lifting each other up; from letting go, and realizing you don’t need much to feel alive.

We started this five years ago because as adults, life gets so busy that we forget to play, to move, to just be — like we did when we were kids.
